When a question or concern arises we encourage you to contact the head teacher at your child’s center. Experience has taught us that more often that not this contact will resolve the matter. If after speaking to the head teacher your are not satisfied with a response to a problem we encourage you to contact the director. If after speaking to the director you are not satisfied she will put you in touch with a NECCI board member. Thank you!
